If you love the great outdoors, the beach is close enough to walk to, the Lido is a glamorous outdoor swim and the nearby park has a playground and a zip wire.
Well connected to Brighton or the port at Newhaven.
Local shops just 2 minutes away with everything you need from fresh coffee or restaurant to a pharmacy and Co- Op.

The space
Space:
Upon entering our spacious holiday home, you’ll be greeted by the feeling of space and light; with glorious countryside and sea views. The space is a harmonious blend of character charm and contemporary design, offering a stylish space, cozy and inviting.
First Floor Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: A spacious and serene retreat featuring a comfortable double bed, with double doors leading to the balcony with a glorious view that floods the room with natural light.
Second Bedroom: Ideal for friends or family, this room offers a double bed with a warm welcoming ambiance.
The second bedroom also offers a desk area..
First Floor Bathroom:
The charm of the house extends through to the family bathroom on the first floor.
Ground Floor Bedrooms:
Third Bedroom:
The third bedroom is a double with a wardrobe at the front of the house
Fourth Bedroom:
The fourth bedroom can be configured as a Single or a King with a bureau that can be used as a working from home or office space
Open Plan Living and Dining Area:
The living room is a haven for relaxation, with a beautiful view of the garden and countryside. Furnished with comfy seating, a flat-screen TV, and a feature fireplace. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant city.
A dining area provides a comfortable space for meals, with seating for eight.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen comes with all the modern amenities you need to prepare a delicious meal or a quick snack.
Downstairs Bathroom:
The downstairs bathroom is located conveniently between the two downstairs bedrooms at the front of the house. There is a walk in shower, toilet and sink
Back Garden:
Outside, the garden can be reached from the back door. A spacious dining terrace with picture perfect vista. Perfect for a family BBQ.
Also a paved seating area in the left corner with firepit.
A child and pet friendly lawn, big enough for play.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house. The main access to the property is via a couple of steps from the pavement to the front door of the main building. The house is set back from the road with a gated pathway to the front door from the road.
Other things to note
There is no wheelchair access.
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Convenience Store only couple of minutes walk away.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
